Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineering professional ready to lead complex, high-profile hospitality projects? Join a dynamic team delivering world-class hotel developments across Saudi Arabia.
🔧 Your Expertise Will Drive:
Review and optimize detailed designs for HVAC, water supply, drainage, fire protection, gas systems, and specialized hotel systems (pools, kitchens, laundry).
Evaluate key equipment (chillers, boilers, pumps, fans, AC terminals, fire systems) to ensure compliance with Saudi SBC and international hotel standards.
Coordinate multidisciplinary systems (mechanical, civil, electrical, interiors) using BIM and technical drawings.
Lead system commissioning (air/water balance, fire systems, gas testing) and supervise subcontractors.
Ensure full compliance with SBC Mechanical Code, NFPA, ASHRAE, and Civil Defense requirements.
Manage schedules, documentation, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.
Provide on-site leadership during critical installation and pre-opening inspection phases.
🎯 We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC or related field.
Certified by the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) as Professional or Senior Engineer (mandatory).
✔️ 10+ years experience in large-scale projects (≥100,000 sqm) such as hotels, hospitals, malls, or stadiums.
Strong expertise in HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, gas systems, and hotel-specific systems.
Proven knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and international hotel operator standards (Marriott, Hilton, IHG).
Experience leading multinational teams (5+ members) and handling technical negotiations in English.
Successfully led full mechanical commissioning for at least 3 major projects.
Strong problem-solving skills for complex mechanical systems.
