Are you passionate about delivering high-end interior spaces for world-class hotels? We’re looking for a skilled Fit-Out Engineer to join our team and play a key role in prestigious hospitality projects.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Review fit-out construction drawings (plans, ceilings, elevations, details) for guest rooms, public areas, and banquet halls, identifying issues and coordinating with design teams.
Prepare material demand plans for finishes such as stone, wood veneer, wallpaper, paint, stainless steel, and fixed furniture.
Manage material submissions, samples, and technical documentation approvals.
Develop and review method statements for fit-out works (stone installation, woodwork, painting, etc.).
Maintain project documentation including inspection records, concealed works, test reports, and as-built drawings.
Coordinate interfaces between fit-out, civil works, MEP systems, and curtain walls using BIM or drawings.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), Civil Defense requirements, and international hotel standards.
🎯 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Interior Design, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) (Architecture/Interior Design discipline).
✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in fit-out works for large-scale projects (≥100,000 sqm).
Experience across guest rooms, public areas, and banquet halls in hotels or similar developments.
Strong knowledge of finishing systems: walls, ceilings, flooring, stone, wood, paint, wallpaper, and fixed furniture.
Familiarity with SBC standards and hotel design requirements (guest room size, accessibility, etc.).
Ability to support drawing reviews, coordinate on-site work, and assist in project acceptance.
