Must Have -
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mentality.
Knowledge of SQL and prior experience in business analytics.
1–4 years of work experience preferably in start-ups or operations domain.
Willingness to hustle and go above and beyond to get things done.
Ability to engage and manage a large base of blue-collared workforce.
