Requirement : Equipment Rental Sales & Business Development Manager
We are a growing equipment rental company providing high-quality machinery, Material and solutions to construction, industrial, and commercial clients. We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, industrial, and related sectors
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
Collaborate with operations to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
Build partnerships with contractors, project managers, and corporate clients
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales management (preferably in equipment rental, construction, or heavy machinery)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Good understanding of local market and industry trends
Ability to meet targets and drive business growth
Existing client network
Valid driving license (preferred)
