Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
Troubleshoot system, network, and application problems efficiently
Monitor system performance and ensure system availability
Support users through remote access or on-site assistance
Maintain and update system documentation and reports
Configure and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Assist in network setup, including routers, switches, and firewalls
Ensure data backup, security, and antivirus protection
Skills:
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP)
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and customer support skills
Familiarity with Active Directory and remote support tools
Experience:
5 years of experience in IT support or related field
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and system maintenance
