We are hiring Technical Manager for Hotel Construction Project
🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage all technical aspects of the project from planning to completion
Coordinate between Civil, MEP, and Architectural teams to ensure seamless execution
Review designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance
Ensure adherence to project schedule, quality standards, and budget
Identify and resolve technical issues and risks proactively
Supervise contractors, consultants, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and building codes
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
Monitor project progress and prepare technical reports for management
Participate in project meetings and client coordination
✅ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction projects (preferably hotel or large commercial projects)
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, civil works, and architectural coordination
Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Familiarity with project management and construction software
🌟 Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hotel or hospitality projects
Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
Knowledge of international construction standards and best practices
