Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the School Principal in managing daily administrative and operational tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and effective coordination within the school.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the Principal’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule
• Coordinate meetings with staff, parents, and external stakeholders
• Prepare and draft emails, reports, and official correspondence
• Maintain accurate records, including staff attendance and documentation
• Act as a point of contact between the Principal and internal/external parties
• Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and ongoing projects
• Assist in organizing school events, visits, and inspections
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar role (school experience preferred)
• Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with school administrative systems and procedures
• Understanding of Ministry of Education requirements in Bahrain
• Strong interpersonal skills when dealing with staff, parents, and management
