Job Title: Steward (Kitchen / Restaurant)
Job Summary:

The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen and service areas. This role supports kitchen and service staff by ensuring all utensils, equipment, and workspaces are clean and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash and clean all kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery, and glassware
Ensure proper use and maintenance of dishwashing equipment
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and storage areas
Dispose of waste and garbage according to hygiene standards
Assist in receiving and storing food supplies properly
Ensure all cleaning chemicals are used safely and stored correctly
Support chefs and kitchen staff when required
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:

Transferable visa
Nationlaity : Indian/Nepali/Philipppines
Basic education (high school preferred)
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
Team player with a positive attitude

Standing for extended periods
Salary Range (Saudi Arabia):
SAR 1,000 – 1,500 + accommodation & food (depending on experience)
