We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Senior Civil Supervisor to join our team immediately for the STC Project. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of civil works, and the ability to oversee and manage on-site activities effectively.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil supervision for telecom/infra projects
Strong knowledge of civil site works: foundations, ducting, manholes, cable trenches, and related structures
Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications
Proven experience in managing site teams and subcontractors
Experience in STC projects or large telecom projects preferred
Strong communication and reporting skills
Valid Iqama and transferable preferred
Note: - (Valid Driving License is mandatory)
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise all civil site activities for STC Project, ensuring quality and safety standards
Coordinate with project management and field teams to ensure timely completion of works
Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and maintain daily/weekly reports
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and company standards
Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to site team
Location: Asir & Jizan Region
