We are urgently seeking experienced Welder Supervisors and Welding Foremen for a short-term project at SCG Jubail, with a duration of 2 months.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate welding activities on-site
Ensure all welding work is completed as per project specifications and safety standards
Manage and guide welding teams to achieve daily targets
Inspect welding work for quality and compliance
Read and interpret welding drawings and technical documents
Ensure proper use of welding equipment and materials
Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and site procedures
Report daily progress to project management
Requirements:
Proven experience as Welding Supervisor or Welding Foreman in industrial projects
Strong knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, GTAW, etc.)
Ability to manage workforce efficiently under tight deadlines
Knowledge of safety standards in industrial construction sites
Immediate availability preferred
Experience in GCC projects is an advantage
