******* Key Responsibilities *******
* Core IT Operations
Provide day‑to‑day IT support for enterprise users, ensuring compliance with ARAMCO / SABIC IT policies and standards.
Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, endpoints, and enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with minimal downtime.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution.
* Enterprise Systems & Applications
Support SAP (ECC/S4), email systems, collaboration tools, document management systems, and other enterprise applications.
Manage user access, roles, and authorizations in accordance with IT Governance and Cybersecurity policies.
Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
* Cybersecurity & Compliance
Ensure adherence to ARAMCO/SABIC cybersecurity frameworks, ISO 27001, and NCA regulations.
Support endpoint protection, antivirus, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
Participate in IT audits, assessments, and risk mitigation activities.
* Network & Infrastructure
Support LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi networks, switches, firewalls, and VPN connectivity.
Assist with data center operations, server administration (Windows/Linux), virtualization, and backups.
Support OT/IT integration environments where applicable (plants, refineries, industrial sites).
******* Project & Documentation Support *******
Support IT projects including system rollouts, upgrades, and migrations.
Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and reports aligned with corporate standards.
Coordinate with ARAMCO/SABIC IT teams, PMOs, and third‑party service providers.
Required Qualifications
******* Education *******
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
******* Experience *******
3–7+ years of IT experience, preferably within ARAMCO, SABIC, or ARAMCO/SABIC‑approved contractors.
Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial IT environments is highly preferred.
