Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & onboarding
• Employee records and HR administration
• Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
• Employee relations and policy compliance
• HR reporting and documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience
• Good knowledge of Bahrain labor law, LMRA & GOSI processes preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
