Job Summary:
The Assistant AC Technician will support the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. The role requires assisting senior technicians in ensuring all HVAC systems operate efficiently and meet company and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation of air conditioning units (split, window, and central systems).
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Help diagnose basic faults and report issues to the senior technician.
Clean AC units, filters, coils, and related components.
Assist in refrigerant gas charging under supervision.
Ensure tools and equipment are properly handled and maintained.
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Provide support during site visits and customer service tasks.
Requirements:
Diploma or technical certification in HVAC or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in AC maintenance or a similar role.
Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems and tools.
Willingness to learn and work in field environments.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
