One of our clients is urgently looking for qualified and experienced candidates for the following position:
🛢️ Position: Coating / Blasting / Painting Team Leader / Incharge
📍 Location: Saudi Arabia
🏭 Industry: Oil & Gas / Refinery (Shutdown & Turnaround Projects)
💰 Salary: SAR 7,000 – 10,000 (Basic) + FAT (Food, Accommodation & Transport)
📌 Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in coating, blasting, and painting activities
Must have Saudi Arabia contractor-side experience
Age limit: Up to 45 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical shutdown & turnaround projects
⚙️ Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all blasting, coating, and painting activities in compliance with company and client standards
Ensure proper surface preparation and coating/painting application as per specifications
Coordinate with operations managers and stakeholders for timely and cost-effective execution
Review project documentation including JSA, method statements, and work procedures
Ensure strict adherence to HSE regulations and safety standards at all times
Supervise, train, and guide coating/painting technicians and field staff
Conduct inspection and quality assurance of all coated materials
Manage suppliers and ensure timely delivery of quality materials
Monitor tools, equipment, and application methods used in coating processes
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with procedures and specifications
Identify and correct errors in coating, painting, and fireproofing works
Implement project control and scheduling strategies to meet deadlines and budgets
Coordinate resource planning (manpower, materials, machinery) for smooth execution
Maintain daily reports, inspection records, and project documentation
Act as primary contact for project-related communication with clients and stakeholders
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans for safe execution
