Key Responsibilities
Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for interior fit-out projects
Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontract
works
Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
Analyze project risks and opportunities to optimize costing
Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams
Maintain a database of costs, suppliers, and historical project data
Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings when required
Support post-tender negotiations and clarifications
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
3–7 years of experience in interior fit-out
Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methods
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
