Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing all security operations within the hotel
• Supervise and train security personnel
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and guest concerns
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in hotel or hospitality security
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of CCTV and fire safety systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies
• Certification in security or safety (preferred)
