Assistant Security Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Security Manager to support the daily operations of our luxurious residentials security department. This role ensures the safety and security of tenants, employees, and property while maintaining the highest hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing all security operations within the hotel
• Supervise and train security personnel
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and guest concerns
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in hotel or hospitality security
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of CCTV and fire safety systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies
• Certification in security or safety (preferred)
