• Site Coordination: Oversee all onsite works, ensuring installation teams follow project timelines and safety standards.
• Factory Liaison: Coordinate material fabrication at the factory to ensure structural components meet project specifications.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare precise fabrication drawings (CAD) and generate internal work orders for the production team.
• Quality & Inspection: Raise Site Inspection Requests (SIR) and ensure all works are approved by the consultant/client.
• Contractor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Main Contractors, attending weekly progress meetings and resolving technical queries.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree Mechanical Engineering with experience in metal fabrication and decorative metal and glazing works.
• Proven experience in metal fabrication, stainless steel, or structural aluminum projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and reading complex structural drawings.
• Strong communication skills for dealing with Tier-1 contractors and site consultants.
