We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team for large-scale hotel and public building projects in Saudi Arabia.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Review and optimize HVAC, water supply & drainage, fire protection, gas systems, and hotel special systems (pool, kitchen, laundry)
• Evaluate and approve key equipment (chillers, boilers, pumps, fans, fire systems) per SBC & international hotel standards
• Coordinate MEP systems with civil, electrical, and interior works using BIM/drawings
• Lead system commissioning (HVAC balancing, fire systems, gas testing) and review reports
• Ensure compliance with SBC, NFPA, ASHRAE, and Civil Defense requirements
• Prepare schedules, review technical submissions, as-built drawings & O&M manuals
• Provide on-site technical leadership during critical project stages
✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC (Master’s preferred)
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration (Professional or Senior Engineer)
• Minimum 10+ years experience in large-scale projects (≥100,000 m?)
• Strong knowledge of SBC, NFPA, ASHRAE & international hotel standards (Marriott/Hilton/InterContinental)
• Proven experience leading mechanical teams (multi-national)
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience leading full system commissioning for at least 3 major projects
