To support all government-related transactions and ensure timely processing of employee and company documentation through official Saudi online portals such as Absher, Muqeem, and Qiwa, in compliance with Saudi Labor Law and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Government Portal Management - Process transactions through:
Absher (Iqama services, visa status, exit/re-entry visas)
Muqeem (resident data, visa issuance)
Qiwa (contracts, transfers, Saudization compliance)
Maintain login credentials securely and ensure proper usage.
2. Employee Documentation & Compliance
Handle:
Iqama issuance & renewal
Work permits & labor contracts
Exit/re-entry and final exit visas
Ensure compliance with: Saudi Labor Law & Ministry of Human Resources regulations
3. Government Liaison Support
Assist in coordination with:
Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development
General Directorate of Passports
Chamber of Commerce
Prepare required documents for submission and follow-up.
4. Record Keeping & Reporting
Maintain accurate employee records (Iqama expiry, visa status, etc.)
Generate periodic reports on:
Expiry tracking
Saudization (Nitaqat) status
Government compliance KPIs
5. System Updates & Data Accuracy
Update employee information across all portals regularly
Ensure consistency between internal HR systems and government platforms
6. Support in Inspections & Audits
Prepare documentation for government inspections
Assist in resolving compliance issues
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / HR / Public Relations (preferred)
1–3 years experience in Government Relations or HR Operations in Saudi Arabia
Experience in F&B or multi-branch operations is an advantage
