Technical Office / Draftsman Requirements (Number of job vacancies = 3)
We are looking for a Technical Office employee with the following qualifications and responsibilities: • Proven experience in preparing and reviewing technical drawings and shop drawings • Strong proficiency in computer applications, especially Kitchen Draw, AutoCAD, and related design software •
Ability to work efficiently with high speed and accuracy • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to project requirements • Previous experience in the furniture / fit-out industry is highly preferred • Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate technical drawings with production requirements • Good communication and teamwork skills Key Responsibilities: •
Review and verify received designs/drawings before commencing technical development and production detailing • Prepare manufacturing files for factory production machinery (training will be provided) • Calculate project material quantities and prepare material take-offs / BOQs •
Coordinate technical drawings with production and project requirements • Support the technical office in developing accurate production-ready documentation.
