HR Administrator (Bahrain Labour Law Expert)

Key Responsibilities:

HR & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law, LMRA, GOSI, Sijilat, and Tamkeen procedures

Prepare all HR letters: contracts, offer letters, warnings, experience certificates, termination letters, memos (Arabic & English)

Manage employee lifecycle: visas, medical, renewals, cancellations

Transport & Fleet:

Handle Ministry of Transport activities: Wakala papers (registration/card), ownership transfers, renewals

Manage driver KSA visa documents (Saudi visa, insurance, border permits, medical reports)

Track and manage vehicle insurance policies (renewals, claims, certificates)

Maintain vehicle passing records (Muhafazah / traffic inspection, passing certificates, renewal schedules)

Requirements:

Proven HR & admin experience in Bahrain

Knowledge of MOT, Wakala, vehicle passing, and KSA driver visa process

Strong documentation & letter drafting ability (English & Arabic)

Organized and detail-oriented
