I would like to briefly introduce my current role and experience for your consideration. I am currently working as an ICT Technician at 2P Perfect Presentation Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Our service center handles IT devices from various regions across the Kingdom, including projects related to the Ministry of Health (MOH), Ministry of Interior (MOI), National Guard (GDNC), Ministry of Commerce, and other government entities across multiple cities in Saudi Arabia.
My responsibilities include the maintenance, repair, and management of laptops, desktop PCs, printers, scanners, IP phones, and network switches. I am also responsible for ensuring that repaired devices are properly tested, processed, and returned to end users within required timelines through shipment coordination.
I have over 6 years of experience in Pakistan and 2 years of experience in Saudi Arabia in the IT support and ICT field. I am currently working in a similar role and continuously seeking opportunities to further grow and develop my professional skills.
