Key Requirements:
• Strong ability to read and understand all construction drawings
• Proven experience in handling full civil works on villa projects
• Capability to execute work accurately as per drawings and specifications
• Excellent site supervision and team management skills
• Knowledge of construction standards, safety, and quality control
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage all on-site civil activities
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings and project requirements
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams
• Maintain quality, safety, and project timelines
