Proficient in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) including Aconex, Procore, and SharePoint to manage high-volume documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities & Expertise:
• Maintain and update document control systems, registers, and logs for all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Monitor document revisions and ensure strict version control, proper distribution, and document archiving.
• Manage technical documentation including shop drawings, IFC drawings, RFIs, MIRs, WIRs, NCRs, and method statements.
• Ensure all documents are properly indexed, organized, and easily retrievable for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely submission, review, and approval of documents.
• Control and track document workflows through EDMS platforms (Aconex, Procore, SharePoint).
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of sensitive project documentation.
• Handle project correspondence, transmittals, and minutes of meetings (MOM) across multiple disciplines.
• Support audits, inspections, and QA/QC processes by providing complete and well-organized documentation.
• Generate reports, logs, and document status updates for management and project tracking.
