A seasoned Architectural Technical Manager with proven experience delivering high rise developments across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Expert in managing architectural design through all stages, from concept to IFC, while coordinating closely with structural, MEP, façade, and specialist disciplines. Strong working knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC), MOMRAH, local municipality requirements, Civil Defense, and authority approval processes. Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical and constructability issues, lead value engineering initiatives, and support construction teams to ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery on fast track and mega projects aligned with Vision 2030 objectives.
General Requirements:
• Minimum 10 to 15+ years of relevant experience
• Saudi experience preferred (not mandatory)
• Candidates available on local transfer will be strongly preferred.
