ROLE:
* Carrying out inspections for HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and other mechanical installations.
* Making sure all work aligns with project requirements, approved drawings, and ARAMCO standards.
* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and inspection plans before work begins.
* Checking materials delivered to site to ensure they meet project requirements.
* Monitoring installation work to confirm everything is done correctly and safely.
* Witnessing testing activities like pressure tests, air balancing, and system commissioning.
* Identifying any issues or non-conformities and following up until they’re resolved.
* Working closely with engineers, supervisors, and QA/QC teams to maintain quality standards.
* Preparing clear inspection reports and keeping documentation organized.
* Ensuring all tools and equipment used for testing are properly calibrated.
* Supporting audits and inspections by clients or third parties.
* Verifying that work is carried out according to approved method statements.
* Performing final inspections and helping prepare punch lists before project handover.
* Ensuring safety and quality procedures are followed at all times.
* Communicating with client representatives for approvals and inspections when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
* Valid ARAMCO approval as a Mechanical QC Inspector (mandatory).
* 5–7 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and related mechanical work.
* Good understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and inspection processes.
* Familiarity with international standards and codes.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
