- Experience - 2 to 3 Years in Bulk cooking
- Nationality - Philippines
- Age - 35 Max
- Academic - Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent
Other requirements -
- Food preparation techniques - Catering kitchen operations - Food safety practices.
- Supervise Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants within assigned section.
- Report any food quality issues to Sous Chef.
- Control food preparation in the assigned kitchen section.
Job Description
- Prepare food items within assigned kitchen section (hot kitchen, bakery, grill, or cold kitchen).
- Ensure food preparation meets quality, taste, and portion standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned workstations.
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained during preparation and storage.
- Support daily meal production targets based on contract requirements.
- Supervise Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants within assigned section.
- Report any food quality issues to Sous Chef.
- Control food preparation in the assigned kitchen section
