- Assist Chef De Partie in preparing food within the assigned kitchen section.
- Ensure food preparation follows hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain proper food storage and labeling procedures.
- Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization.
- Support production during peak service periods.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff.
- Monitor food preparation within assigned tasks.
- Report supply shortages or equipment issues.
