We are looking for an experienced Administration Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily office operations handling correspondence and maintaining documentation. They act as a key liaison between staff, executives, and external vendors and supporting HR functions.
• Degree holders with a minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative support activities.
• Manage LMRA Visa’s processing’s / Residence permit/ GOSI for Employees
• Coordinate for Accommodation, Transportation
• Handle Fleet of Vehicles, and Company Telecommunications
• Provide administrative support involving Phone calls, efficient handling of Correspondences and documents and handle other inquiries.
Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
