Key Responsibilities:
Install, service, and repair commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, grills, dishwashers, refrigeration units, etc.)
Maintain and repair industrial laundry machines (washers, dryers, ironers, etc.)
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and gas-related faults accurately
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and safety checks
Maintain service records and report work progress to supervisors
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and standards
Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in kitchen and/or laundry equipment maintenance & repair
Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration & AC, Mechanical Technology, or a related field
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and gas systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
