Access Control Technician (Sliding Doors, Barriers, Folding Doors & Etc.)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Access Control Technician to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of automated access control systems including sliding doors, barriers, folding doors, and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and configure automatic sliding doors, boom barriers, folding doors, gates, and other access control systems
Perform routine preventive maintenance and safety inspections on all access control equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and sensor-related faults on access systems
Troubleshoot control panels, motor drives, sensors, safety loops, and remote systems
Respond to breakdown calls and carry out corrective maintenance in a timely manner
Ensure all installed systems comply with safety codes and manufacturer specifications
Maintain accurate service records, job reports, and spare parts usage logs
Provide basic end-user guidance on system operation where required
Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with access control systems (sliding doors, barriers, folding doors, or similar)
Good understanding of electromechanical systems, motor controls, sensors, and safety devices
Experience with brands such as FAAC, CAME, BFT, Dorma, GEZE, or similar is a strong advantage
Ability to read wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and installation manuals
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Physically fit and able to work on-site in varying conditions
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
