We are currently seeking a highly qualified HSE Manager to join our team for a prestigious Hotel Project (Riyadh) in Saudi Arabia.

◆ Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E. or BSc Engineering – Civil only)
• B.Tech will not be accepted.
• Must have Saudi Council (SCE)
• Mandatory: Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Registration
• Minimum 8 years’ experience as Safety/HSE Manager
• 15+ years total safety experience preferred
• Strong background in high-rise / multi-stories building projects (hotel, residential, or mixed-use towers)
◆ Required Expertise:
• Work at height safety management
• Tower crane & lifting operations
• Temporary works (formwork, scaffolding systems)
• MEP installation safety
• High-rise construction safety practices
◆ Project Experience Must Include:
• Clear involvement in 30+ stories buildings / tower projects
• Hotel or residential high-rise developments preferred
◆ Role Responsibilities:
• Lead HSE operations for high-rise construction activities
• Ensure compliance with international and client safety standards
• Conduct risk assessments for lifting, height work, and structural activities
• Manage site safety teams and reporting systems
