Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Handle employee queries and documentation
• Support payroll, attendance, and leave management
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of labor laws is a plus
