We are looking for an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as a Property Manager to oversee residential and commercial properties in Bahrain.
🔹 Job Summary:
The Property Manager will monitor daily operations of properties, ensuring smooth management, satisfied tenants, and well-maintained assets, while maximizing rental income and property value.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily property operations and maintenance activities
Manage tenant relations, lease agreements, and renewals
Collect rent and ensure timely payments with accurate records
Coordinate repairs, inspections, and vendor services
Monitor budgets, prepare reports, and manage expenses
Ensure compliance with property laws and safety regulations
Develop strategies to improve property performance and occupancy
🔹 Requirements:
Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in property or real estate management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of property laws, leasing, and budgeting
Proficiency in property management systems and tools
Ability to manage multiple properties and meet deadlines
