As a Construction Manager you will take on a leadership role, managing construction projects from inception to completion.
You will be responsible for coordinating all project activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and ensuring that work is performedtothe highest standards of quality and safety.
An Experienced Mechanical Construction Manager having in a company with environment of handling different projects as per Saudi Aramco and having deep understanding of Aramco's regulations and practices is essential or similar Client’s procedures.
Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables, and establish a detailed schedule.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
Oversee contract negotiations, administration, and compliance, ensuring all parties meet their obligations.
Implement and enforce quality control and assurance processes to maintain construction standards.
Ensure that all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and best practices,and promote a culture of safety among the project team.
Provide regular progress reports to senior management, clients, and stakeholders, including updates on timelines, budgets, and potential issues.
10 to 15 Years Proven experience +as a Construction Manager with a strong track record in managing construction projects, including leadership roles on large projects.
Must have worked in large Oil & Gas EPC Companies
Must have worked in ERP Environment & well versed with MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
Must be Fluent in English, Arabic an advantage.
