Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greeting diners, explaining menu items (specials, ingredients, allergens), and answering questions.
Order Management: Taking food/drink orders accurately and entering them into the POS system.
Service Delivery: Delivering food and beverages from the kitchen/bar to tables efficiently.
Table Maintenance: Clearing dirty dishes, refilling drinks, and cleaning/resetting tables.
Payment Processing: Presenting checks and processing cash or credit card payments.
Safety & Hygiene: Following all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with guests and kitchen staff.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long hours and carry trays.
Multitasking: Managing multiple tables simultaneously under busy conditions.
Interpersonal Skills: Professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude, especially with difficult customers.
Flexibility: Availability to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Experience: Previous experience in hospitality is often preferred, but not always required
