You will be working under our Head Chef, supporting daily bread and pastry production while learning and developing your baking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing dough, bread, and pastry items
Support baking, shaping, and finishing products
Follow instructions from the Head Chef and senior bakers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area
Prepare ingredients and monitor stock levels
Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

2 years + experience
Willingness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen
Ability to work early morning shifts
Team player with good communication skills
Hardworking and reliable
