• Expertise in HR data management, workflows, and organizational structures.
• Experience with integrations, data migration, and troubleshooting.
• Skilled in requirement analysis, solution design, and post-go-live support.
• Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• SuccessFactors certification (preferred).
