Factory Supervisor – Production Control

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, ensure efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in industrial production, preferably in conveying systems or mechanical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily factory production activities
• Ensure production targets are met on time and within budget
• Monitor workflow, manpower, and machine utilization
• Maintain quality standards and implement quality control procedures
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Prepare daily/weekly production reports
• Identify and resolve production issues efficiently
• Train and guide factory workers and operators

Requirements:
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5+ years experience in factory supervision or production management
• Experience in conveyors, rubber products, or industrial fabrication preferred
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of production planning and quality control
• Ability to handle workforce and meet deadlines under pressure
