Muhammad Azhar holds a Bachelor of Computer Science, having completed his Metric and F.Sc. (Science) from BISE DG Khan. His professional safety qualifications include NEBOSH, IOSH, and OSHA certifications, as well as training in First Aid, Risk Assessment, Confined Space, and tunnel work. He is also trained to work on cut-and-cover sections of railway tracks and has received a TSY Appreciation Letter. His computer skills include proficiency in MS Office, Windows, Excel, software installation, and internet applications.

In Pakistan, Azhar served as a Safety Officer at ICI Paints from January 2020 to July 2022, where he implemented safety policies, conducted toolbox talks, inspected scaffolding and power tools, managed PPE distribution, performed fire risk assessments and extinguisher inspections, and led HSE training programs. In Saudi Arabia, he worked as a Safety Officer on the Riyadh Metro Project with Alstom (Sillatec) from February 2023 to April 2025, gaining extensive experience in tunnels, confined spaces, and railway trackside safety. Since May 2025, he has been a Safety Officer at Xrail Saudi Maintenance Company. His broader responsibilities have included incident reporting, CCTV monitoring, access control, liaison with emergency services, patrolling, investigations, and administrative recordkeeping. He is bilingual, works well independently or in a team, and possesses strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills. His Pakistani passport is valid until 2033, and he is currently unmarried.
