Ability to read and execute electrical drawings for buildings
Installation and maintenance of electrical wiring
Troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults
Installation of distribution boards and switches
2- Plumber (Nationality: Indian)
Must speak Arabic
Must be able to drive
Installation and maintenance of water supply and drainage systems
Fixing leaks and plumbing issues
Experience with pressure systems and pumps
Ability to execute plumbing works according to drawings
3- HVAC Technician (Cooling & Air Conditioning)
Must speak Arabic
Must be able to drive
Installation and maintenance of central air conditioning systems
Maintenance and installation of window and split AC units
Installation and maintenance of central refrigeration systems
Troubleshooting and repair
4- Home Appliances Technician
Must speak Arabic
Must be able to drive
Repair of washing machines, refrigerators, and ovens
Troubleshooting and fixing faults
Replacing damaged parts
Experience with different brands
General Requirements:
Transferable Iqama is a must
Minimum 5 years of experience
