HSE Officer

An experienced expatriate HSE professional responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in accordance with international and local regulations. Works effectively in multicultural environments and supports project teams to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
Strong knowledge of NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA standards
Experience in PTW, confined space, H2S safety, and work permit systems
Ability to work in multicultural environments
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Leadership and team coordination ability
Relevant certifications (NEBOSH IGC, IOSH MS, OSHA)
Experience in GCC (preferably Saudi Arabia)
Knowledge of Aramco / SABIC safety standards (preferred)
Good English communication skills
