*Core Objective:*
Provide guidance for quality assurance and control, ensuring the quality management system is implemented during construction and installation.
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Support the development of Project Quality Management and Audit Plans.
• Supervise at least 8 QC inspectors and allocate personnel across various site activities.
• Identify risks related to construction and installation quality inspections.
• Coordinate with clients on onshore/offshore activities, including piping and spool fabrication.
• Assess subcontractor capabilities and review their Quality Management Plans.
• Verify the closeout of punch list items and review installation data books.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and establish corrective action plans.
*Professional Requirements:*
• *Education:* Engineering Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/Diploma.
• *Experience:* Minimum 7 years for degree holders or 10 years for diploma holders.
• *Supervisory:* At least 3–5 years of direct experience as a QC Supervisor in piping and welding.
• *Aramco:* Must have current Saudi Aramco approval and CBT qualification.
• *Certifications:* CSWIP 3.1/3.2 or AWS, plus ASNT NDT Level II (RT, UT, PT, VT, MT).
• *Auditing:* Internationally accredited Quality Auditor training (ISO 9001:2015).
• *Codes:* Mastery of Aramco standards and international codes (ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, API 650, AWS D1.1).
