• Execute and oversee the processing of asset transfer transactions, including investments, redemptions, and transfers.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update accurate shareholder records, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
• Generate and distribute statements and reports related to client accounts.
• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries related to transfer agency activities.
• Collaborate with clients to address their needs and provide timely and accurate information.
• Conduct regular reviews of processed transactions to identify and rectify discrepancies.
• Implement quality control measures to minimize errors and improve operational efficiency.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes impacting transfer agency operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Work closely with internal teams, including Compliance, Operations, and Client Services, to facilitate smooth workflows.
• Participate in cross-functional projects focused on process improvement and system enhancements.
Experience:
5 years of professional experience in handling operations related to mutual funds, including processing transactions such as investments, redemptions, transfers and Account opening.
