We are currently looking to hire a Project Cost Manager in the Oil & Gas sector.
We are seeking candidates from a strong EPC background, specifically with hands-on experience in cross-country pipeline projects within the Oil & Gas industry.
Key Requirements:
Must be a Mechanical Engineer or closely relevant engineering discipline
Strong experience in Project Cost Management within EPC Oil & Gas projects
Proven exposure to cross-country pipeline projects (mandatory)
Aramco approval is mandatory
Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience (preferred)
Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and variance analysis
Experience in EPC contract evaluation and change order management
Familiar with Saudi Aramco standards and procedures
Salary Package:
Basic Salary: SAR 11,000 (Negotiable based on experience and Aramco approval is mandatory)
Additional Preferred Skills:
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience working with multinational EPC contractors
Proficiency in cost control tools and ERP systems (Primavera / SAP preferred)
Ability to coordinate with project, planning, and procurement teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
