Education: B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering
Full QA/QC Documentation Expertise:
★ Piping & Mechanical: Expert in pipe fabrication (both in the fabrication shop and on site), erection, and installation inspections.
★ Standards: Deep knowledge of ASME, API, AWS, and ASTM.
★ Approvals: Preparing ITP, MAR (material approval), and method statements.
★ Site Records: Raising and managing RFI, WIR, MIR, and piping checklists.
★ Welding: Possesses strong technical knowledge of GTAW, SMAW, and all welding processes, and reviews WPS and WQT records.
★ Control: Handling NCR (non-conformance) and SOR (site observation) close-outs.
★ NDT Coordination: Witnessing and reviewing reports for RT, UT, PT, and MT.
★ Line Walk-down: Conducting pre-test line walk-downs and issuing punch lists (Category A, B, C).
★ Test Packs: Preparing and reviewing hydrostatic/pneumatic test packs.
★ Supervision: Supervised line flushing, air blowing, and pressure testing as per approved method statements.
★ Handover: Compiling final handover dossiers and as-built drawings (Code A).
