The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company within the construction sector in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia. The role involves market analysis, tender participation, strategic partnerships, and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction projects (government & private sectors)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects in Riyadh and across KSA
Having a large scale of relationship with clients with in KSA
Lead prequalification processes and manage tender submissions
Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and project teams for proposal preparation
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial offers
Negotiate contracts and close business deals
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth strategy
Maintain CRM records and generate regular reports for management
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
MBA is a plus
5–10 years of experience in business development within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction market and regulations
Proven track record in winning projects and client acquisition
Experience dealing with government entities and large contractors
