Business Development Executive

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive for the local Saudi market. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth across Riyadh and the Eastern Province.

Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned regions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
• Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance

Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in an Operation & Maintenance (O&M) company
• Must be locally available in Saudi Arabia
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel between Riyadh and Eastern Province
• Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory
• Arabic language skills preferred
