We are seeking a qualified and experienced Assembly Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily assembly operations
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are consistently achieved
• Maintain high standards of product quality and implement improvements
• Train, mentor, and evaluate assembly line staff
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with other departments to improve efficiency and workflow
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing supervision
• Previous supervisory experience in the Gulf region is mandatory
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid understanding of assembly processes and quality control
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Valid Iqama
• Valid medical insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
• Technical relevant certification
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
