My experience is commissioning, testing and composition entire plant operation Government Modon Riyadh Wastewater treatment RO UF Nano plant, instrumentation maintenance, Feeding wastewater from effluent, screening, compact unit, screening chamber, balance tank, chemical dosing, mixture in nano unit with uniform chemical dosing equalizer for separation of contamination metal, oil, grease, and sludge, balance tank, where it is used to manage feed of water inside Tank, sludge flow from equalizer to balance tank as primary treatment. Feeding of primary treated wastewater into the ultrafiltration (UF) accompanied by chemical dosing like Naoh, HCL, UF water would be then fed to the RO, where it been dosed with chlorination, and the final product output Final output water is being manage to supply for irrigation and truck loading. Extended responsibilities include analyzing data, troubleshooting issues, creating technical documentation, and collaborating with teams to ensure operations run smoothly. Dosing variation at define temperature corresponds to the each batch to bring refined output prior to flow in UF and RO Stream. Solution of Oil , Grease individual separate unit for collecting disposal from company screen unit. Additional expertise are exploring solution for wastewater treatment improvement to take less time and space.
